How do you choose the translations?

Every translation is chosen with care. We look for the most natural, commonly used word in each language—not simply the closest dictionary translation. When we're unsure, we keep researching instead of guessing.

Because one word can start a conversation—but only if it's the right one.

I found a translation that looks wrong. What do I do?

Language is human, and mistakes can slip through. Email hello@shopTHIScollection.com and tell us what you found — we want to know, and we'll fix it. See our Returns page for how this applies to returns.

Can you add my language to a product?

We'd love to hear it. Email hello@shopTHIScollection.com with the product and language you'd like to see, and we'll look into adding it.

What's your return policy?
