How it works

Every order is made specifically for you through an on-demand production network — nothing is pulled from a warehouse shelf, which means a short production window before your order ships.

Production time: Typically 2–7 days depending on the product.

Shipping time, after production:

• United States: typically 3–4 business days
• International: typically 5–15 business days

Together, this is your estimated delivery time. It's an estimate, not a guarantee — most orders arrive on schedule, but shipping delays can happen for reasons outside our control.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees or import duties, charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These fees aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

To help avoid delays, make sure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
