We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, for any reason. No need to explain — if it's not right for you, send it back.

Translation concerns. One word, many languages, the occasional human error. If a translation looks wrong, let us know at hello@shopTHIScollection.com and we'll fix it. Translation concerns are covered under the same 15-day return policy above. Past 15 days, we're not able to accept the return — but tell us anyway. We still want to know, and we'll fix it for the next run.
