We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, for any reason. No need to explain — if it's not right for you, send it back.

Translation concerns. One word. Many languages. The occasional human mistake.

If something doesn't look quite right, let us know at hello@shopTHIScollection.com and we'll make it right. Translation concerns are covered under the same 15-day return policy above.

After 15 days, we can't accept a return—but we'd still love to hear from you. We'll correct it for future production.

And who knows? You might end up with one of the rare originals. 😉
